A year ago, my mother remarried and moved into this house. Her mother is pregnant and has returned to her parents' house. The new dad is a good guy, but he's kind of ugly, and he doesn't have a smile in the back of his eyes. I didn't want to live in a house without my mom and with my new dad. My sister didn't fit in at her new school, so she stayed in her room.
