Ms. Marvelous, an agent in a black costume who fights for justice. While investigating an indiscriminate kidnapping by terrorists, Dwight, the leader of the Circus of Hell, and the monster Berserk Boa appear in front of her. The indiscriminate kidnapping was the work of Dwight's friends. Ms. Marvelous confronts Dwight and the others, but struggles in the face of Boa's overwhelming power.
