Matsuri Yorifumi aka Daytona Yellow, a member of the Galactic Special Investigation, is cornered by Agrat, a female executive of the S-class crime family "Yomi", and is rescued by Karen, aka Daytona Gold, who came from another planet to follow her. However, she has been held hostage by Agrat of her brethren on her home planet, and as a spy, she is a spy on Earth.
